About
The Role
This position is for a Physician Assistant working collaboratively within a Urology Department in a patient-centered, multidisciplinary practice environment. The role involves providing high-quality, integrated care to patients, supporting clinical operations, and working closely with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Perform clinical procedures and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice environment
- Current New Jersey State APN/PA License
- Minimum of 1 year of urology experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of urological conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Competitive salary range: $116,000–$145,000
