ABA Behavior Technician Linwood NJ School

• $30-35/hr, competitive for NJ in-home ABA

As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You’ll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect session data accurately
• Communicate with supervising BCBAs
• Complete session documentation
• Maintain professional relationships with families
• Participate in supervision and team meetings

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Passion for working with children

• Experience working with children with autism
• ABA experience
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field

Weekday school-day sessions plus home sessions 4-6pm. Part-time or more hours available.
