Mid Atlantic Retina is seeking a Front Desk professional in a full-time capacity to manage patient arrivals, referrals, and insurance documentation. You will maintain the EMR, verify insurance information, and coordinate scheduling while supporting a busy retina practice.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of medical front desk experience or equivalent, familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT, and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Next Gen knowledge is a plus.
