Billing Collections Specialist

• Follow up on patient and insurance accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
• Post payments accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry related to billing and collections activities
• Process secondary insurance claims to maximize reimbursements
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives
• Conduct account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances
• Coordinate benefits and verify insurance eligibility for patients
• Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly

• At least 3 years of proven experience in medical billing and collections, preferably in an orthopedic or multi-specialty setting
• Strong understanding of insurance requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong verbal & written communication skill
• Intergy software experience a plus
• Problem solving skills a must
• Detailed Orientated a must
• Have a friendly disposition

• High school or equivalent (Required)
