• Provide high-quality, personalized care and support to clients in their homes, in accordance with their individual needs and preferences

• Assists clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider

• Monitor and report client progress to healthcare providers and family members

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
