- Provide individual therapy for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, school refusal, and behavioral concerns, plus parent support
- Use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ERP
- Coordinate with schools and pediatricians, with parent consent
- $90 to $125 per session
- W2 position, starting part-time and growing to full-time as your caseload builds
- Primarily in person at our Upper Saddle River office, two early evenings a week (until 7 PM), no weekends
- Monthly health insurance stipend, annual continuing education allowance, and paid time off Office staff handle scheduling and intake paperwork, so you can focus on clinical care
- Active New Jersey LCSW license (New York license a plus)
- Experience working with children and teens
- A commitment to evidence-based care
