** Vitalant is currently hiring for an experienced Medical Lab Scientist Reference Laboratory located in Montvale, New Jersey.

** Base Pay:
** 42.73 / hour - $59.20 / hour (depending on role).

** As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to
*** Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
* Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.

* Medical Lab Generalist: we can help you fast track to MLS in just over one year!
** Medical Lab Scientist II
*** MLS/BB certification required.
* 2 years in a clinical laboratory setting required.
* Pay: $42.73/hour - $44.77/hour
** Medical Lab Scientist III
*** SBB certification preferred. MLS/BB certification required.
* 3 years lab experience with 1-year IRL required.
* 2 years lead/charge experience required.
* Pay $49.14/hour - $51.48/hour
** Medical Lab Scientist IV
*** SBB required.
* Base Wage: $59.20 / hour
