CORPORATE CONCIERGE / FRONT DESK AMBASSADOR

Jackson, NJ
Full-Time:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We're looking for a warm, polished professional to be the first face and voice of our corporate office — someone who treats every visitor like a guest checking into a five-star hotel, not just a name on a sign‑in sheet.
What you'll do:- Greet employees, visitors, and executives with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage front desk operations, phones, and scheduling with poise
- Anticipate needs before they're asked — coffee, directions, a heads‑up for a guest
- Maintain a polished, welcoming lobby and office presentation
- Coordinate with office management on day‑to‑day logistics
- Background in hospitality, hotel front desk, luxury retail, or concierge services strongly preferred
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and a natural, easy warmth
- Sharp, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with office software
- Reliability and punctuality — you set the tone for the whole office
