About the Role:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing licensed healthcare professionals in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and other care environments. You’ll work in a collaborative, high-energy team where performance is recognized and rewarded.

What You'll Do:

• Source and screen qualified candidates (RN, LPN, CNA, therapists, etc.) for permanent and contract roles
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Build relationships with hiring managers and understand each facility’s staffing needs
• Manage job postings, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and urgency
• Track recruiting metrics and meet aggressive hiring goals

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
• Experience using ATS platforms and job boards (Indeed, Apploi, Symplr, etc.)
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to build trust with both candidates and clients
