Job Title: HR Specialist/Recruiter
Location: Long Valley, NJ
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (On-site, 5 days/week)

Frazier Industrial Company, a material handling industry leader in the structural steel storage and racking, is seeking a full-time HR Specialist/Recruiter.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Specialist/Recruiter
. to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This person will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across various departments. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates, and thrives in a fast-paced, in-office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including Linked In, Indeed, networking events, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout
- Track and report key recruiting metrics
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies
- Support various general HR functions and initiatives as needed across the department
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience using sourcing tools (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an in-office environment
Education:
- A bachelor’s or associate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred
