Client OverviewOur client is currently seeking a self‑motivated HR Coordinator to help provide support to the HR Manager and assist with day‑to‑day responsibilities in the entire HR department.
Salary/Hourly Rate$22/hr
Position OverviewThe ideal HR Coordinator will be performing numerous roles related to employee documents. The HR Coordinator will be entering information as well as updating the company’s database with employee information.
Responsibilities- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files, and entering employment data into computer databases.
- Work alongside the HR Manager to perform internal audits of employee files.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee trainings.
- Assist with the overall hiring process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role or HR internship.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Experience using an HRIS system.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
