Sr Bilingual Recruiter/Team Lead - Light Industrial Staffing minimum 2 years staffing experience required On-site (Mon–Fri, 8–5) – Willingboro, NJ
Are you a staffing professional ready to make an impact? Our client is a growing light industrial staffing firm known for strong client demand and hands-on leadership.
What you will do:- Lead operations and ATS (Avionte) for branch
- Source and recruit for light industrial roles (pick/pack, machine ops)
- Utilize social media outlets for sourcing and recruiting
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and manage ATS (Avionté)
- Run job fairs and build local candidate pipelines
- Support recruiting across regions as needed
- 2+ years staffing experience (LI preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
- Strong sourcing and high-volume recruiting ability
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate sourcing & pipeline building
- Job boards + ATS experience
- Interviewing & screening
- Event recruiting (job fairs)
- Base salary range - $45K–$60K
- Training and direct leadership support
- Opportunity to grow and build a market
