Administrator-in-Training; AIT​/HR

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our nursing home team as an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) / HR. This dual-role position provides hands-on experience in long-term care operations while supporting essential human resources functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility.

• Assist the Administrator with daily operations of the nursing home
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and hiring of nursing home staff
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee records
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and employee relations
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Participate in quality assurance and resident care initiatives
• Ensure a positive work environment for staff and quality care for residents

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Interest in long-term care leadership and HR
• Prior experience in healthcare or HR (preferred)
