• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a related field and one year of experience in human resources or employee engagement.
• Alternatively, three years of experience in human resources or employee engagement.
• Experience with implementing large-scale transformative programs.
• Experience developing and implementing HR and global programs and initiatives.
• Experience with project management (scoping, stakeholder management, delivering on time and on scope), cultural change, change management (communication with multiple levels of the organization).
• Experience in the gas industry implementing cultural transformation programs.
• Experience leading, engaging and influencing multiple levels of management.
• Communication experience translating business objectives to HR program needs.
• Experience reporting HR data.
• Experience with identifying relevant content and training needs to support inclusive leadership and inclusive culture.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.
• Experience working with employee engagement and company culture change management.
• 30% international travel.
