Mee Derby & Company in Willingboro, NJ is hiring a Sr Bilingual Recruiter/Team Lead for light industrial staffing on-site (Mon–Fri, 8–5). You will lead operations and Avionte ATS for the branch, source and recruit for LI roles, and build local pipelines while leveraging social media.
You will need 2+ years staffing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong sourcing, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Base salary is $45K–$60K with growth opportunities.
