Croda seeks an HR Assistant - Generalist on a 15-month contract based in Princeton, NJ. This role supports employees, managers, and HR programs across North America, handling recruitment, onboarding, HR data, reporting, immigration support, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR questions, help run key processes, and gain broad experience across the full employee lifecycle while being mentored by an engaged HR team.
