Full-time, on-site Recruiter role in Lafayette, NJ supporting a landscaping and construction team with multi-channel hiring for labor and seasonal needs.

• Source, recruit, and hire for landscaping and construction laborer roles
• Source, recruit, and hire for CDL driver roles
• Source, recruit, and hire for seasonal snow removal workers (part-time)
• Source, recruit, and hire for office and administrative roles
• Source, recruit, and hire for managerial and supervisory roles
• Recruit for additional positions as business needs change
• Use a multi-channel recruiting approach
  , including job boards such as Indeed
• Use field recruiting
  , including visiting job sites, neighborhoods, community locations, and local hangouts
• Use direct outbound outreach
  , including calls, texts, and in-person conversations
• Build referral networks and relationships with employees
  , local organizations
  , churches
  , and trade programs
• Attend job fairs
  , community events
  , and targeted hiring events
• Apply other creative sourcing methods as appropriate
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and work with hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
• Build and maintain active pipelines for ongoing and seasonal hiring
• Refine recruiting processes and contribute ideas as recruiting capabilities grow, including a planned external recruiting service

• Experience recruiting using multiple methods, not solely inbound job board applications
• Comfort with field recruiting and direct outreach

• Experience hiring for construction

  , CDL/drivers
  , blue-collar
  , or seasonal roles is a strong plus
• Resourceful and proactive, combining traditional and non-traditional approaches
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized approach to managing multiple roles and pipelines
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lafayette, NJ
