Seasonal Recruiter

The Seasonal Recruiter leads seasonal recruitment efforts for various NFL offices, acting as a talent advisor and building strong relationships with the senior management team. The role involves partnering with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HR Business Partners to drive hiring and employee retention efficiencies that support the NFL's vision, mission and values. The position is in-person five days a week based in Mount Laurel, NJ, with an anticipated engagement of up to seven months.

• Manage 40 to 50+ open seasonal requisitions at once across multiple departments and locations during peak hiring periods.
• Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment including screening, interviewing and extending offers.
• Support Early Career recruitment efforts during non-peak seasonal hiring times.
• Build strong working relationships with HR and hiring managers to understand business needs, seasonal headcount planning and job requirements.
• Identify and recruit candidates for a wide range of temporary roles across media, production and game operations.
• Maintain accurate and organised data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and create and deliver regular search status updates to hiring managers and partners.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support recurring seasonal staffing needs.
• Ensure equitable hiring processes in line with NFL standards and policies and ensure compliance with EEO, ADA and all applicable federal and state employment laws.
• Represent the NFL at in-person or virtual hiring events, job fairs and recruiting programmes as needed.
• Manage offer processes including recommendations, drafting and extending offers, and negotiations as permitted, and ensure onboarding requirements are completed, including background checks, offer letters, new hire paperwork and start date coordination.

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage 40 to 50+ high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience working with various recruitment platforms including, but not limited to, Greenhouse, Linked In and Hire Vue.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law as well as corporate recruitment processes.
• Superior candidate management experience.

• Experience supporting large-scale, fast-turnaround staffing initiatives.

• In-person/office five days a week based in Mount Laurel, NJ.
• Onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location is required; remote and hybrid working options are not offered.
• Expected hours of work are 40 hours per week; overtime and/or weekends may be required.
• FLSA non-exempt.
• No relocation assistance will be provided.

• Salary range: $30—$40 USD.
• The employer expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range; only in rare and exceptional circumstances would a candidate with experience, credentials or expertise far exceeding the requirements be considered near the higher end.
