- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoint protection solutions, including Microsoft Defender and Crowd Strike, across a diverse range of endpoints (servers, workstations, VDI, mobile devices)
- Administer and maintain core Microsoft security technologies, including Entra, Intune, and the Microsoft Defender Security Center
- Develop, document, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a strong and compliant security posture
- Create insightful dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power
BI and Databricks to support security analysis and incident response - Oversee the administration of security platforms such as XSOAR and Wiz Cloud, including SSO configuration, role management, and system maintenance
- Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum five years of recent experience deploying and administering endpoint security solutions within large-scale enterprise environments
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Expert-level, hands-on experience with both Windows and Red Hat Linux operating systems, including security-focused system hardening, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Deep practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, modern threat landscapes, and industry best practices (for example: NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001)
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority security projects and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in task prioritization, delegation, strategic resource planning, and fostering the development of high-performance teams; exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels
