Role:
The Architect would be part of the solution design team and will lead the design and architecture for web and digital solutions. The candidate will be subject matter expert for the team and significantly influence on overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.

She/he is also responsible for establishing and enforcing technical standards, ensuring optimal performance is achieved within solutions, capacity planning, developing proof of concepts, and providing guidance to support teams for resolving chronic issues with critical processing, and evaluating new technologies for enabling new capabilities or enhancing existing capabilities.

• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design and develops quick prototypes of digital and mobile applications via framework based approach.
• Business Development – participating in proposals (RFP/RFI responses), proposal presentations, ideation workshops
• Defining and documenting Solution/Application Architecture, Technology Transformation Roadmap, Business-IT Alignment Roadmap
• Hands‑on Engineering – Act as a subject matter expert resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
• Experience developing software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability.
• Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in an organizational environment in driving operational excellence, guiding less experienced team members, working in a team environment and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.

• Leads technology transformation efforts, where existing architectures and designs need to be revisited for better business alignment. Serves as a technical evangelist leading the change effort.

• 15+ years of Solution architect and software development experience
• TOGAF Certification a MUST.
• Experience of architecture, design and development of enterprise‑class services and web‑based solutions using Java and/or .NET stack of technologies and products
• Excellent in Data Modeling, Data Architecture and Reporting
• Must demonstrate a combination of business aptitude, analytical skills, strategic/creative thinking
• Specific vendor certifications in the area of expertise is preferred – IBM, Microsoft, Oracle

• 15+ years of Solution architect and software development experience
