Infrastructure Lead; Onsite Hybrid

We are currently seeking a Infrastructure Lead (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Warren, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

• Architecture & Design
  • Lead the design and deployment of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating Azure cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Develop infrastructure governance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Operations & Management
  • Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Manage Azure services (VMs, networking, storage, Active Directory) and on-prem resources.
• Automation & Optimization
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and Power Shell.
  • Drive cost optimization and resource utilization across environments.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with Dev Ops, Security, and Application teams to optimize deployments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Use tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and on‑prem monitoring solutions for proactive incident management.
• Compliance & Security
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements across cloud and on‑prem platforms.

• 8+ years of strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security).
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with on‑prem Dell EMC hosts, VMware, unity storage and barcode FC switches.
• 8+ years of experience in proficiency in automation scripting (Power Shell, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
• 8+ years of experience with disaster recovery and backup solutions.

• Certifications:
  
  Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing).
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud integrations and migration strategies.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.

Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
