. An organization earns this distinction when its employees have expressed their trust in the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with.
Unlike your average IT team that simply administers technology, we are looking to transform IT into a strategic partner that makes a real impact by delivering innovative solutions. As an Enterprise System Architect, you will architect and help design scalable, secure, and high‑performing enterprise systems including how they interact with one another. This role is critical to align IT strategy to business goals, ensuring IT solutions support the long‑term objectives of the entire organization.
You will be responsible for working across the enterprise to develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps for end‑to‑end IT systems as well as proactively evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of enterprise application technologies, especially in the Microsoft technology stack, considering what is reasonable and realistic for the company’s resources and capabilities.
This role will also establish architectural governance and review processes, provide technical leadership, and document architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
To be successful in this position you have a winning attitude, a positive problem‑solving approach, an intellectual curiosity, and you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. You need to be a self‑starter, a team player, technically competent, a change agent, customer focused, results driven, detail oriented, and have an aptitude to see the big picture. In this role, you will have the ability to make significant and long‑lasting impacts by helping to deliver modern IT solutions.
As a result, you will be a critical change agent within KDA.
This role is critical to ensuring the organization’s ability to anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions. The chance to do something meaningful, to challenge yourself, to take others where they would not go on their own, to be a part of change in an industry, and to drive change - doesn’t come around every day!
