Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery .This role plays a key part in driving high-priority projects that support new business initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure the successful implementation of Agile best practices, facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, and promote continuous improvement to enhance team performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting call center technologies or AWS-hosted solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise healthcare systems or regulated environments
• No experience using JIRA or JIRA Align

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum events including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure that the delivery team is focused on the highest-priority work.
• Guide the team on Agile principles and SAFe practices, encouraging self-organization and accountability.
• Track and report team metrics such as sprint velocity, burn-up/burn-down charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure optimal productivity and sprint goal achievement.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration to manage dependencies and share knowledge.
• Ensure alignment between delivery pods and broader organizational goals.
• Protect the team from external distractions and help maintain focus on sprint commitments.
• Support AWS-related initiatives within the call center environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Certifications (Required):

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and JIRA Align
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, and Agile Testing
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery models
• Familiarity with AWS-based environments and applications (especially in call center contexts)

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to drive multiple projects to completion independently
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• Clear and concise communication across technical and business teams
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

• Demonstrate consistent delivery velocity and sprint cadence
• Ensure backlog readiness and effective sprint planning
• Track and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Maintain high engagement and morale within delivery teams
• Deliver measurable process improvements through retrospectives and team feedback
