11 Years.

Experience Required

12 plus years in Software Development and with 3 7 years working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or team facilitator.
Proven track record leading Agile teams in complex digital environments.
Experience with hybrid or fully remote teams.
Background working in tech or product-centric organizations (software, platform engineering, data).
Hands-on experience using Agile metrics and flow-based practices (Kanban, Scrumban).

Technical & Delivery Experience

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Dev Ops, CI/CD, cloud environments.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, product discovery, and lean experimentation.
Basic understanding of AI-enabled tooling (Jira AI, Git Hub Copilot, test automation AI, analytics tools).

Leadership & Coaching Skills

Exceptional facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrated coaching ability across varying team maturity levels.
Ability to promote resilience, accountability, and collaborative behaviors.
Skilled in supporting Product Owners with backlog shaping and value definition.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
