Front End Developer

• Build and maintain custom Word Press websites using modern front-end technologies as well as landing pages, web apps, html banners
• Translate design mockups and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive websites
• Use Scroll Trigger, GSAP and other CSS/JS libraries to implement interactive animations and transitions
• Work closely with designers to execute high-quality, on-brand digital experiences
• Work within our and existing Word Press themes / plugins as needed, and troubleshoot site issues
• Usage of AI to help debug or write code in order to bring efficiency to workflow
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code

• 3+ years of development/design related experience
• Strong experience with GSAP and Scroll Trigger
• Experience using Bootstrap for responsive layouts and mobile-first design
• Proficiency with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and custom Word Press development workflows
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail in animations, transitions, and UI
• Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and has the ability to work well individually and on a team
• A quick learner who can take an assignment or project and run with it
• Hard-working and willing to pitch in wherever is needed
• Eager to learn and thinks outside the box
• Brings a positive attitude and enthusiasm to the studio

• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for interpreting design specs
• React, Node, Vue, Angular, Backbone, or Next JS knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards
• Have worked on e-commerce solutions and are well-versed in e-commerce methodologies and best practices
• Have proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design programs
• Have some experience managing AWS, including EC2 instances, ELB, Cloud Front, etc.

This position is full time, on site Monday – Thursday from 8am-6pm. EVERY FRIDAY OFF! Vacation and benefits package available. Please provide a cover letter and your resume/personal website and links to a few projects you have worked on.
