INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
One of our healthcare clients is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist with 5+ years of technical experience. This role involves implementing datacenter technology solutions, such as enterprise-class storage systems, new VMware builds and upgrades, and knowledge of Active Directory and datacenter physical environments (racks, servers). This is a hybrid position requiring at least 2 days per week in the office, and candidates must reside in the NY/NJ Metro area and be able to commute.
The successful candidate will support installing, supporting, and maintaining IT infrastructure technologies including Exchange, Office
365, servers, storage, Citrix, VMware, Active Directory, and data center operations. Responsibilities also include group policy creation, planning for and responding to service outages, assisting project teams with technical issues, analyses, and infrastructure support.
- At least five years of relevant experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA), and VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are advantageous.
