As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will oversee aspects of online sales performance, from marketplace strategy and operations to inventory management and advertising optimization. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling revenue, improving profitability, and ensuring a strong presence across all ecommerce channels.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and multichannel ecommerce platforms, as well as hands‑on experience with Seller Cloud or similar inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute data‑driven ecommerce sales strategies across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Newegg, and other online marketplaces.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
- Lead marketplace operations, ensuring optimized inventory, accurate forecasting, and efficient fulfillment.
- Use Seller Cloud (or comparable tools) to streamline order management, reporting, and analytics.
- Monitor marketplace analytics, customer feedback, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new items and optimize digital storefronts.
- Stay up to date on consumer electronics trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes.
- Identify and evaluate new marketplace partnerships and digital sales channels.
- 3–5+ years of experience in ecommerce sales, marketplace management, or Amazon account management, preferably within consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and improving performance across major online marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace.
- Proficiency in Seller Cloud or similar inventory management platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Advanced Excel and data reporting experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
