As a Business Data Scientist, you will develop advanced analytical solutions tailored to the specific industries. You will address a variety of business problems such as pricing strategies, product recommendation engines, demand forecasting, and segmentation methodologies, driving data-driven decision-making and measurable performance improvement.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand key challenges and translate them into actionable analytical approaches.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Develop and deliver clear, compelling insight reports and presentations tailored to business audiences.
• Lead project teams, ensuring insights are effectively translated into business value.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing stakeholder expectations, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Support commercial activities by contributing to project proposals, defining scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their ability to generate impactful business insights.

• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• 5+ years of proven experience developing industry use cases (CPG & Retail ideally).
• Solid background in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, econometrics, time-series analysis, and causal inference.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, and relevant BI platforms.
• Experience with optimization techniques and experiment design (A/B testing) is a strong plus.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with business teams at various levels.
