Associate Director, iPaaS Platform

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, iPaaSPlatform to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

• Develop and manage iPaaS Application Programming Interface (API) strategies, integration security best practices, and architectural solutions for both on-premises, as well as cloud platforms; propose innovative integration capabilities through a product, and project mindset, and create high-value frameworks for future reuse; ensure the integration of scalable talent pools, and supported technologies within product solution, and delivery processes

  PaaScompetency group, influencing successful outcomes, and makingtimelydecisions
• Collaborate effectively with Dev Ops, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and senior executives to align iPaaSobjectiveswith organizational strategic goals
• Build and lead an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the operational responsibilities of developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Integrations; optimize the performance, quality, and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization, as well as increasing automation and process efficiency
• Drive the execution of technical strategies and manage a large teamcomprisingexpert, intermediate, and junior employees, alongside third-party outsourced/captive provider teams thatoperatewithin set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

• Minimum eight years of recent experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaSAPI-led strategies and management withexpertisein integration security best practices, and architectural solutions for both on-premises and cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Proven track recordof successful strategic integrations with disparate systems such as Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, Global Risk Information Platform (GRIP), Next Generation Client Lifecycle Engagement and Assessment System (NGCLEAS), Sentinel, Tax One Platform, Appian, and KPMG Clara Workflow (KCw)
• Experience with various integration patterns and thought leadership in agile environments; displayed excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation, with a solid track recordin the run state
• Advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work, with the ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy
