- Hands-on knowledge of SD-WAN solutions, preferably Versa or Fortinet/Cisco/Palo Alto Prisma.
- Familiarity with overlay and underlay networking concepts, including path selection and policy-based routing.
- Linux command-line experience for troubleshooting and configuration.
- Proficiency with tools such as Wireshark for packet analysis.
- Automation and scripting experience (Ansible, Python, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with Zero Trust network architectures.
- Experience working with ISPs, MSPs, or large enterprise networks.
- SQL/database knowledge for reporting or network analytics.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Security, or NSE are a plus.
- Strong technical communicator with collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
- Positive attitude and curiosity for learning new security technologies.
