Job Description The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier property management company, is seeking a full-time, hands-on Systems & Network Administrator to support a multi-site IT environment. The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver with strong systems, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, Remote Desktop Environment, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
- Support Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and WAN/LAN connectivity
- Administer VMware, virtual servers, storage, and backup/disaster recovery systems
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, Remote Desktop Services, and other endpoints
- Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and network resources
- Perform system updates, maintenance, monitoring, and infrastructure deployments
- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and technology partners
- Support IT upgrades, migrations, office deployments, and complex technical issues
- ~3+ years of Systems/Network Administration or related IT infrastructure experience
- ~ Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra .
- ~ Working knowledge of networking, VLANs, subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless
- ~ Experience with VMware and backup/disaster recovery
- ~ Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to take ownership from issue through resolution
- ~ Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Preferred Experience:
Fortinet, Veeam/Datto, Ninjarmm, Intune, Power Shell, SAN/NAS, SD-WAN, VoIP, security systems, and multi-site network experience, SQL management. - Education:
College degree preferred but not required, with strong hands-on experience.
Important:
This is a fully onsite position and is not remote or hybrid. Occasional travel to other company locations may be required.
