ERP​/NetSuite Systems Analyst II

Work Arrangement: On-site, Monday–Friday

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Mount Laurel (South Jersey) area that is looking to add two ERP / Net Suite Systems Analysts to its technology team.

This is not a traditional ERP support or ticket-closing position.

The company is looking for someone who can work directly with business teams, understand how processes are operating today, identify inefficiencies, and build better solutions using Net Suite, integrations, automation, analytics, and emerging AI technologies
.

This role offers significant ownership and visibility across the organization. You will independently lead system enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting initiatives, automation projects, and business-process improvements.

• Build, not just maintain: Design and implement workflows, scripts, integrations, dashboards, reports, and business applications.
• Strong Net Suite focus: Work extensively with Net Suite ERP and related enterprise applications.
• Automation and AI: Help identify and implement practical uses of automation and AI to improve business processes.
• High ownership: Take projects from business problem through solution design, testing, implementation, and support.
• Broad business exposure: Work with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Operations, Warehousing, and Transportation.
• Technical + business-facing: Translate real business problems into scalable technology solutions.
• Modern technology environment: Work with APIs, REST services, JSON, SQL, relational databases, analytics, reporting, and data integration.
• Visible impact: Projects are focused on reducing manual work, improving data accuracy, increasing responsiveness, and delivering measurable business value.

• Partner with business users to understand workflows, identify pain points, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements through system configuration, automation, integration, or application development.
• Configure and customize Net Suite to support changing business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, integrations, and related applications.
• Develop and support integrations between Net Suite and other enterprise systems.
• Work with APIs, REST services, JSON, SQL, relational databases, and enterprise data.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual or inefficient processes.
• Research and help implement practical AI-assisted solutions such as document/data extraction, intelligent search, exception identification, support triage, and workflow automation.
• Use system logs, SQL, reporting tools, and analytics platforms to troubleshoot issues, validate results, and identify root causes.
• Create test plans, support user acceptance testing, validate changes in non-production environments, and monitor production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, testing evidence, and user instructions.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Independently manage projects and enhancements from initial requirements through implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience supporting and improving ERP or enterprise applications.
• Experience configuring and customizing Net Suite.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Working knowledge of REST services, JSON, SQL, relational databases, reporting, and data validation.
