Business Process Consultant – SAP S/4 HANA IM/EWM

Location:
Titusville, NJ (hybrid flexibility; onsite as needed)

Duration: Contract through May 2027

Seeking an experienced SAP IM/EWM Consultant with 7+ years of experience supporting manufacturing logistics and SAP S/4 HANA deployments. Someone who can guide manufacturing sites through change, ensure alignment with global templates, and support testing and readiness activities with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities include:

SAP IM/EWM Deployment Support: Support the rollout of SAP S/4

HANA IM/EWM across multiple manufacturing locations. Ensure site-level processes align with the global IM/EWM business template. Interpret global standards and guide site teams through adoption and readiness.

Manufacturing Logistics Expertise: Provide functional expertise across:
Inbound logistics;
Outbound logistics;
Production logistics;
Material staging;
Shop floor inventory;
Goods issue & goods receipt;
Support process standardization and labeling harmonization across sites.

Fit-Gap & Readiness: Conduct structured fit-gap analysis with site teams. Document gaps, propose business solutions, and support change management. Assess operational readiness and coordinate with site leadership.

Agile Deployment Participation: Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros). Support business scenario development, test preparation, and test execution. Track issues, decisions, and deployment risks.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary business liaison for IM/EWM within the manufacturing domain. Work closely with supply chain, quality, and regulatory stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP IM/EWM experience (S/4
  
  HANA preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics processes for biologics.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience supporting SAP deployments or template rollouts.
• Familiarity with regulated (GxP) environments strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional needs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting facilitation of workshops if needed, fit-gap sessions, and readiness activities.
• Comfortable working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with labeling harmonization and process standardization.
