The Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Manager who takes ownership, communicates proactively, understands technology, stays organized, and genuinely cares about helping clients succeed.

You'll own client relationships and work closely with our technical teams to keep clients informed, supported, and moving forward.

This is not a hands-on engineering role, but understanding technology is a must. You should be comfortable with IT concepts such as Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, infrastructure, and business applications.

You don't need to know everything. You do need to want to understand it.

What You'll Do

• Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Understand each client's business, technology, and priorities
• Proactively communicate updates, risks, and next steps
• Identify concerns before they become escalations
• Coordinate with technical teams and keep work moving
• Follow up on issues, projects, recommendations, and commitments
• Support technology planning, budgeting, and business reviews
• Explain technical recommendations in clear business terms
• Maintain accurate client documentation
• Help clients align technology decisions with business goals

Experience is helpful. Character is essential. Technical curiosity is a must.

Experience in an MSP, IT services, technology, account management, customer success, or business relationship management environment is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

Job Details

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• In-person at our Stanhope, NJ office
• Business casual dress. We are professionals serving professionals.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving history, and reliable transportation required
• Opportunity to participate in the on-call rotation approximately every 4 to 5 weeks for additional compensation
