Lead Technical Analyst

Long term contract opening for a Software Developer/Analyst. Role is 2 days on site and contract is 3-4 years in duration. This is a functional and technical role requiring someone who can analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and formulate practical solutions that improve automation, accuracy, and the user experience. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate directly with business stakeholders, understand their needs, challenge and validate requirements, and independently translate business problems into effective functional and technical solutions.

They should possess a strong understanding of software development concepts, the SDLC, SQL, and solution design, with the ability to move between detailed technical requirements and the bigger business picture.

Development Managers and Senior Developers may be an excellent fit, particularly those from small to midsize organizations who have worked directly with business users to design and develop applications, improve workflows, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Technical Analysts, technically strong Business Analysts, and Product Managers or Owners with hands-on solution design and requirements-gathering experience may also be strong candidates. The key is finding someone who combines technical knowledge with strong business communication, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to independently recommend and design solutions.
