TRM ENHANCEMENTS:

Software Bundles
- Parent-child model, governance inheritance, catalog requests
Version Blocking - CVE response, Tenable integration, Company Portal removal
Environment Mapping
- Labs/EUSP/Manufacturing/Prod, SBOM integration
Hierarchical Access - L2/L3 simplification, isAllowed To Request () logic
