Ameriwell Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized, one-on-one support with daily living activities.
Assist individuals in developing independence and life skills.
Support community activities and social engagement.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and the Ameriwell Care team.
Fluent in English and Spanish – Required
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a full-time schedule.
