Litigation Attorney

Overview

Regional office of a national law firm seeks a litigation associate with 1 to 4 years of complex litigation experience. Candidates must be highly motivated, organized, responsive to clients and possess strong negotiation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. The firm handles a diverse and interesting caseload including, but not limited to, defending complex tort, employment liability, transportation and professional liability claims.

• Defend complex tort, employment liability, transportation and professional liability claims.
• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.
• Maintain client communication and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

• 1 to 4 years of complex litigation experience.

Salary is $95,000 to $140,000 based on experience.
