About the RoleAs an Attorney at LSPG Legal Group, you will play a key role in representing clients in legal proceedings, advising on transactions, and drafting essential legal documents. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful cases while growing within a well-established firm.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in court, municipal hearings, and before government agencies
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements
- Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, land use matters, and business dealings
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
- Manage case files and maintain strong client relationships
- Active New Jersey Bar License (required)
- Experience in litigation, real estate law, or municipal court matters preferred
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated and capable of handling a diverse caseload
- Work on a diverse range of cases with experienced legal professionals
