Our esteemed client in Mercer County, NJ is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and collaborative legal environment.

• Assist with investigations to determine at-fault parties.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding injuries, medical treatment status, and economic losses.
• Obtain and maintain up-to-date medical and billing records, along with supporting documentation for damages claims.
• Determine applicability of health insurance and other liens.
• Draft demand letters with strong persuasive writing.
• Prepare cases for settlement and litigation.
• Draft and respond to discovery demands, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Correspond professionally with defense counsel, clients, and relevant parties.
• Manage project timelines and conduct legal research.
• Support trial preparation, including creating exhibits and visual aids.
• Ensure diligent and accurate data entry into case management systems.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury matters.
• Practical knowledge of both pre-litigation case management and litigation.
• Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree required.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent time-management and client-service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to learn and adapt to emerging legal technologies.
• Full-time on-site presence required.
