Family Law Attorney

We're hiring an experienced family law attorney for our Mount Laurel office, serving Burlington County and South Jersey.

Our billable requirement is 1,550 hours.

Most firms set targets between 1,700 and 2,300, and litigation practices typically land at 1,800 to 2,000 or higher. The New York State Bar Association has recommended capping requirements at 1,800 out of concern for attorney mental health. We're 250 hours below that cap.

We put it up front because it's the first thing you'd want to know, and because we're not uncomfortable with the answer.

Your matters are yours to run — real autonomy over strategy, real ownership of your clients.

Behind you: paralegals, team members who make time when you need them, and systems built specifically for family law. Doors stay open here, coaching is there whenever you want it, and that collaboration is the first thing our attorneys mention when you ask them what it's like.

New Jersey admission is required. But if you've built your family law practice on the Pennsylvania side and you're admitted in New Jersey as well, we'd like to hear from you. Family Part experience is preferred here, not required.

$110,000 – $200,000+. The range is wide because we hire across all of it. The more experience you bring, the more we're able to pay.
