Supply Chain Support

Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly

Hours:

8:30 AM - 5 PM M-F

• Arrange shipping for order consolidation so sales orders can ship from one location to customers.
• Small package exports using Fed EX
• Maintain samples spreadsheet for internal tracking
• Handle various truck, import, export, and warehouse issues.
• Monitor Delivery Error Report daily and adjust orders if needed.
• Back up for receiving import shipments.
• Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy on a monthly basis by obtaining counts from various warehouses and comparing them to system quantities and account and document any discrepancies
• Other Support:
  • Customer service back up and training
  • Order samples from Germany
  • Salesmen support
  • Administration Assistant back up
  • Make sure forecast is in sync with customer demand in order to ensure proper supply availability
  • Frequent corporate system/platform/process changes
  • Working with system constraints to meet customer needs
  • Assist in overcoming day to day problems in supply chain area as well as coordinating required information across departments.

• Associates Degree or higher
• 3 - 5 Years of experience required
• Microsoft 360, Teams, SAP, Outlook
