Weekend Driver​/Server; Ice Cream Truck

Get a breath of fresh air, sweet treats, and deliver happiness as one of our team members at this exciting and emerging start‑up company! We’re looking for an energetic operator who is comfortable driving a large vehicle (with training), tech‑savvy, hard‑working, and hospitality‑minded.

Weekend availability (Friday‑Sunday) is required. Must be 21 years old or older.

The Operator’s primary responsibility is “Service With a Smile” – preparing fresh soft‑serve Scream treats in our mobile kitchen and delivering happiness. Operators drive the truck with a co‑operator who assists with navigation. At each scheduled stop, we efficiently prepare Instagram‑worthy soft‑serve treats, handle pre‑paid mobile orders, and manage time to ensure timely arrival to the next destination (generally homes in the nearby block).

• Exceptional people and communication skills
• Upbeat, friendly, and outgoing personality, eager to serve customers happily
• Ability to efficiently navigate local neighborhoods using a map and GPS
• Strong work ethic with a “can‑do” attitude

• Background in the food service industry
• Background in driving a truck or large vehicles
• Skilled in public speaking
• Strong customer service skills

• Alternate between sitting and standing frequently during shift
• Travel through a cabin of approximately 2.5 feet wide efficiently
• Controlled fine‑motor skills to prepare fresh, made‑to‑order treats
• Reach above head for items on shelves
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs

Our unique custom‑built trucks combined with proprietary customer‑service software creates a completely frictionless on‑demand experience that revolutionises the ice‑cream and food‑truck business model. Customers sign up to receive text alerts whenever Scream Truck is servicing their neighbourhood, and simply reply “Y” to request a stop. We deliver premium “soft scream” treats (sundaes, cones & shakes) made fresh to order outside the customer’s home.
