Johnson & Johnson seeks a Biologics Sourcing Manager to lead procurement strategy for single-use technology materials supporting biotherapeutics manufacturing. The role manages supplier relationships, executes strategic sourcing initiatives, and drives value creation across the global supply chain from a hybrid location in New Jersey, Ireland, or Switzerland.
Responsibilities- Lead supplier performance management, governance, and relationship development for single-use technology materials
- Execute sourcing events and develop negotiation strategies aligned with category strategy
- Develop and manage supplier agreements in partnership with legal, quality, and finance teams
- Identify and deliver value creation opportunities including cost reduction and supply chain optimization
- Partner across functions to identify, assess, and mitigate supply continuity risks
- Strategic procurement and supplier relationship management experience
- Sourcing strategy development and commercial negotiation expertise
- Supply chain risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
- Knowledge of biologics manufacturing or life sciences supply chains
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Contract management and legal/compliance partnership experience
