Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Parsippany

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support end-of-year operational needs for a Long-term Contract position based in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role focuses on maintaining accurate order and invoice records, assisting with supply chain activities, and helping the team stay organized during a busy period. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high-volume data entry, has strong analytical skills, and can collaborate effectively in a hybrid environment with three days on site.

Responsibilities:
• Process and enter customer or internal orders accurately within SAP and related systems.
• Maintain invoice records and review documentation to support timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Provide operational support to supply chain activities during a high-demand year-end period.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies when needed.
• Assist with ongoing workload coverage for the team as responsibilities are transitioned from a departing employee.
• Use Excel to track order status, organize supply chain information, and prepare routine updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of supply chain tasks.
