Job OverviewGlobal Home Improvement is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Residential Exterior Remodeling Project Manager to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on knowledge of installation processes for roofing, siding, and windows, along with strong client communication skills to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage residential exterior renovation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors to maintain efficient project flow.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Review project plans and installation specifications for accuracy.
- Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Maintain detailed project records, including photos, reports, and change orders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exterior remodeling project management (roofing, siding, windows).
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced training in construction management is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
- Proficient in project scheduling, organization, and problem‑solving.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and installation specifications.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Full‑Time – Monday through Friday
