Pay range $48,000 to $68,000/year + benefits + opportunities for advancement
Position SummaryThe Branch Coordinator is a support position within the Branch to assist with a variety of solar projects, office, and operational tasks. Responsible for monitoring the pipeline and holding the team accountable to Key Performance Metrics while collecting funds. The Branch Coordinator will work closely with the Branch Manager to prepare documents for construction teams, coordinating and retrieving project payments and interfacing with various branch and headquarters departments.
EssentialJob Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze pipeline reporting, meet with branch team to discuss projects, and elevate as needed
- Communicate with Branch Manager, Project Manager, Permit Coordinator, Field Manager and Site Audit Supervisor to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and with high attention to detail regarding customer service
- Meet with team members to discuss project details to provide updates
- Help problem‑solve escalated project issues and see that they move forward
- Keep an eye on the pipeline to make sure no project sits too long
- Assist with routing and scheduling as needed
- Schedule appointments to meet customers and obtain customer signatures, final paperwork sign off and payment collection. Organize all completed paperwork, and process payments in a compliant, secure manner if assigned.
- Prepare project documentation for construction teams
- Organize office operations and procedures and Branch filing system
- Coordinate and maintain meeting notes and cross‑functional marketing when assigned (i.e. Safety Meetings, Branch Staff Meetings, corporate communications, etc.)
- Ensure Order Management and Accounting Departments (A/P and A/R) have necessary project details for job invoicing
- Assist the Branch Operations Manager with ad‑hoc tasks when assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2–4+ years of previous project administration or field construction experience
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Detail‑oriented and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization
- Must have a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use. Oracle experience is a plus.

Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work. If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
