Be the first on site when people need help most. As a Crew Chief, you’ll respond to water, fire, and mold losses, take pride in your work, and help restore homes and businesses after disaster strikes.

• Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs to industry standards
• Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, stocked truck and company equipment
• Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
• Support and lead other technicians when needed
