Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EVS Director to join our team at Allaire Rehab & Nursing in Freehold, New Jersey. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Environmental Services department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation for our residents and staff. Responsibilities:Oversee the EVS department: Manage and supervise a team of EVS staff to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
Develop and implement: Create and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
Monitor and maintain: Regularly inspect and maintain all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and equipment, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Collaborate with departments: Work closely with other departments, including nursing, dietary, and administration, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Maintain records and reports: Accurately maintain records and reports on EVS activities, including cleaning schedules, supply usage, and staff training.
Experience: 3 years of experience as an EVS Director
