Regional Manager, Customer Solutions

Senior Management Cranbury, NJ, US

We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused Regional Manager of Customer Solutions to lead and strengthen our regional customer service operations. This on-site leadership role is ideal for an experienced logistics or supply chain professional who combines operational expertise with a strong commitment to team development, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

As a trusted leader and strategic partner to key accounts, you will oversee Customer Solutions Supervisors and regional teams across multiple facilities, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in developing talent, optimizing service performance, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent service excellence across the PJLN network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Mentor Customer Solutions Supervisors, support employee growth, promote engagement, and build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Drive Regional Performance: Monitor KPIs, manage regional performance metrics, and implement improvements to achieve service-level agreements and business objectives.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Serve as a strategic advisor to key accounts, resolve complex service issues, and support long-term client retention.
  • Oversee Multi-Site Operations: Lead teams across multiple facilities and geographies, adapting your leadership approach to meet local and remote operational needs.
  • Improve Operational Alignment: Partner with Warehouse Operations, Human Resources, and other Regional Managers to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and align customer commitments with operational capabilities.
  • Promote a People-First Culture: Foster a supportive, accountable work environment that prioritizes employee well-being, professional development, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), or supply chain solutions.
  • Proven experience leading remote or geographically distributed teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics, drive process improvements, and understand regional financial performance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel between regional facilities as needed to provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational oversight.
What Makes You a Great Fit?

You are a people-first leader who understands that engaged, supported employees deliver better customer experiences and stronger business results. You bring strategic thinking, operational discipline, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining strong client partnerships.

Work Environment and Travel

This is an on-site leadership position requiring a visible presence across assigned regional facilities. Travel expectations will depend on the geographic scope of the region, including regular visits to local facilities or, for multi-state regions, at least quarterly visits to each facility.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 annually. In addition to competitive pay, Port Jersey Logistics Network offers a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
